Raydo
How we look at this

To work well with AI, you have to be able to trust the result.

You cannot switch trust on. You build it by seeing that the work is right, time after time, with your customers and in your words. So Raydo starts small and visible, and only does more once you have seen that.

01 SMEs are picking up AI quickly.

One in six Dutch companies worked with AI in 2025, twice as many as two years earlier. Among companies of 50 to 250 employees it went from 20 to 45 percent, and of all the companies using AI, 35 percent use it for marketing or sales.

02 Trust comes from experience, and you build that up.

Companies that considered AI and never started name a lack of experience as the main reason. That makes sense: you do not trust a result you have never seen come out right. Only, someone has to build that experience, and that someone is already full.

03 So you show each other the ropes.

Raydo learns how you write, what is in your systems and what counts as a normal rhythm where you work. With every task you see what Raydo made of it, so you know exactly what you can rely on and where you want to stay close. We take our time over that on purpose, because that is what makes it good.

How that builds up, level by level
The four levels

Every level asks for something Raydo has to learn from you first.

01
Interntoday
The kind of work Raydo picks up as an intern
Work that is already done before you start on it. The customer file is updated before you call. The briefing for your meeting is ready, with what is going on and what you promised last time. The quote is there, word for word in line with what you agreed. You read it over and you send it.
What Raydo has to have learned for that
How you write and what belongs in your files. Raydo picks that up from your systems, and gets sharper with every correction you make.
02
Juniorlater
The kind of work Raydo picks up as a junior
Work that keeps running without you keeping track of it. Every open quote is followed up at the right moment. New leads come in complete instead of as a name. Your meetings are scheduled and your pipeline is right without anyone updating it. What goes to a customer still goes through you.
What Raydo has to have learned for that
What counts as a normal rhythm where you work. When a follow-up comes too early, what tells you a customer is dropping off, and what is missing before you call.
03
Managerlater
The kind of work Raydo picks up as a manager
A complete work process, from start to finish. Raydo runs your weekly pipeline review and comes back with what needs attention. It carries out a whole round of quotes, follow-up and reminder included. It watches your renewals and checks in before one runs out. Anything going outside goes after you say yes.
What Raydo has to have learned for that
How your process runs in practice, including everything that is written down nowhere. Which customer you always call yourself, which discount you never give, which order you keep to and which signal means you take over.
04
Chieflater
The kind of work Raydo picks up as a chief
A whole role, with digital colleagues of its own at work. Raydo writes the commercial plan for the quarter and carries it out. If a tool to do that is missing, Raydo builds it and keeps it up. And it divides the work across the colleagues who carry it out, with the log as the account of what happened.
What Raydo has to have learned for that
Which goals genuinely matter to you, and how you reach them. Not just the number at the bottom, but the road to it: which customers, which kind of work, which order. Only once Raydo knows that can it steer on its own and explain why.

Today every digital colleague starts as an intern. You decide whether it may already do more, and you can just as easily set that back.

Quality

Two things keep the quality up.

One gets better the longer you work together. The other never changes, however much Raydo has learned.

The part that learns

Raydo picks up what a new colleague would pick up too. From your corrections it learns how you want it. From the work that comes past it learns your customers and your way of doing things. And over time it comes to recognise your rhythm. Only what you connect comes in, and it goes both ways: with every task you see what Raydo made of it, so you know exactly what you can put it on.

The part that is fixed

And then there is what does not depend on learning. Every outcome has a source. An external send stops at a draft for as long as the level does not allow it. You give a promotion, and you can take it back just as easily. New or sensitive work starts out visible again anyway, with sources, waiting on a tap from you.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about growing with Raydo.

Why does Raydo start small?

Because trust cannot be switched on. You build it by seeing that the work is right, time after time, with your customers and in your words. So Raydo starts with work you read over before it goes anywhere, and only does more once you have seen that.

Who decides when Raydo moves up a level?

You do. Raydo shows what it has learned by now and which work that opens up, but you give the promotion. As long as you do nothing, Raydo keeps working on the level it is on.

Can I put a level back down again?

Yes, at any moment and straight away. Raydo then works the way it did on the lower level, and what it learned is kept. A promotion is never a door that falls shut behind you.

What does Raydo have to learn before it may do more?

Three things. How you work, from the corrections you make. What is in your systems, from the permissions you give. And what counts as a normal rhythm for you, by running alongside. Every level asks for something Raydo has to learn from you first.

How long does it take before Raydo can move up a level?

There is no fixed term for that. It depends on how often Raydo does the work and how often you correct it. In the meantime you see exactly what Raydo has already learned, so you do not have to guess when it is ready.

On a higher level, does anything go outside without me knowing?

No. On every level you see what Raydo has done, with the source alongside. On the levels where you still read things over, everything that goes to a customer goes through you. If you give more autonomy later, every result stays visible in the log.

Become a beta partner

Raydo works, so you can grow.

We are taking on a small number of companies as beta partners. We run alongside you for four to six weeks on your own data, and it costs you nothing. Together we measure where things stand up front, so at the end you can see what changed.
