1.Who we are
Raydo is offered by Raydo AI B.V., established in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 42107027). In these terms, "Raydo", "we" and "us" refer to this company, and "you" to the user.
2.The service
Raydo is the chief of work for SMBs: a digital colleague that prepares work, updates systems and sets up follow-ups, in the channels you already use. The service is still in development; launch is planned for autumn 2026. Functionality, scope and terms may change before and during launch.
3.Beta programme
- The beta programme is a free pilot of typically 4–6 weeks, live on real data, with a baseline measurement beforehand.
- During the beta the service is provided "as is": features may be incomplete or change, and no service levels apply.
- We ask you for periodic feedback (indicatively around 30 minutes per week). We may use your feedback to improve the service; that feedback does not make you a co-owner of the service.
- You remain responsible for the data you connect and for complying with the agreements you have with your own customers and employer.
4.Accounts & connected services
- To make Raydo work, you can connect accounts such as Google or Microsoft. In doing so you grant Raydo only the permissions (scopes) you approve on the consent screen. See our privacy policy, §4 for the scopes and what we use them for.
- You confirm that you are entitled to connect those accounts and data and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights or internal rules.
- You can revoke a connection at any time via your account with the relevant provider or from within Raydo. Revoking stops further processing; what happens to already-processed data is described in the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
5.Acceptable use
You will not use Raydo to:
- break laws or infringe the rights of others;
- misuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or gain unauthorised access;
- process or distribute unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
- process data without the necessary rights or legal basis.
6.Intellectual property
Raydo, including its software, brand and design, is and remains the property of Raydo and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. Your data stays yours: connecting to Raydo transfers no ownership of your content to us.
7.Availability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during the beta. We may maintain, adjust or temporarily suspend the service.
8.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Raydo is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the relevant period — during a free beta that is nil. Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be excluded under Dutch law (such as intent or wilful recklessness). Raydo prepares work and sets up drafts; you remain responsible for the review and approval before anything goes out.
9.Termination
You can end your participation at any time by revoking your connections and unsubscribing via support@raydo.eu. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of these terms, or when we conclude the beta programme.
10.Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we update the date at the top and, where appropriate, inform you. The current version is always at raydo.eu/en/terms.
11.Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
