Raydo
What the research shows

The work that keeps getting left is almost always the same work.

These figures come from independent research into commercial work. They explain why Raydo starts where it starts.

8

contacts are needed on average before a new customer will sit down with you. Most companies stop after the first one.

RAIN Group and Velocify
28%

of the working week goes on email. Almost twenty percent goes on searching for information or for the right colleague.

McKinsey Global Institute
25%

of the week, a salesperson is busy updating the system. Selling itself gets 29 percent.

What is ready for you today

Raydo picks up the commercial work, so you can work on growth.

We start with the work around customers and meetings. That is where the week gets stuck, and where you see the difference fastest. This is ready for you today.

Every morning

Day start

At eight o'clock a short message is ready for you. Not a list of everything, but at most five things that matter today. Underneath it you see what has been left. That quote, for instance, that nothing has come back on for nine days.

What sets it off
Every working day around eight o'clock. You choose the time yourself. Raydo starts on its own.
Sources
Your CRM, your calendar, changes in the Chamber of Commerce register and the news about companies you follow.
Result
You get a message in your own channel with at most five signals. With every signal it says why it is coming now and where it came from. Underneath it sits the list of what has been left.
Your decision
Per signal you choose: pick it up, put it off a week or dismiss it. What you dismiss comes back less often.

You know what is going on before you open your email.

Before your meeting

Meeting briefing

Raydo sees your external meetings sitting in your calendar. In the day start it asks which ones you want prepared. Say yes, and the briefing is there well before you leave. You read who you are speaking to, what is open and what has changed since last time.

What sets it off
An external meeting in your calendar. Raydo asks about it in the day start. If a meeting is added later, it asks straight away.
Sources
Your calendar, your old emails, your CRM, the Chamber of Commerce register and the public registers.
Result
You get a one-page briefing, with the source on every line. A short notice comes into your channel. The whole briefing sits behind a secure European link.
Your decision
Whether the preparation goes ahead. Say no, and Raydo asks once why and remembers that. You do not have to prepare for a regular supplier every time.

On request

Customer picture

Ask for it and Raydo looks the company up for you. First it looks at what you already know yourselves. Then at the official registers and the open web. You get one document back. What Raydo did not find is in there too.

What sets it off
You ask for it, in your own channel. It works for a company that is already in your CRM and for a company you do not know yet.
Sources
Your CRM and your old emails. The Chamber of Commerce register, the VAT register, the insolvency register, Rechtspraak and TenderNed. News and the company's website.
Result
You get one document. It says who the company is, how it is doing, who decides, what is going on and where you would start. Every line carries its source.
Your decision
What you do with it. Raydo only puts it in your CRM when you say so.

You know the company before you call.

The rule that applies everywhere

Nothing goes to your customer unless you send it.

Raydo prepares, looks things up and updates. Everything stays inside your own company until you press send. That is not a button you can switch on. It is how Raydo is built.

After your meeting

CRM update

Record what was discussed while you are on the road. Raydo writes it out and asks about what it is not sure of. Only then does it update your systems. A photo of your notes is welcome too.

What sets it off
Your meeting has ended. Raydo sends you a message and you record it, on the way to the next one.
Sources
Your voice note, a photo of your notes, your calendar and your CRM.
Result
The company gets the summary, the decisions and the actions with an owner and a date. The deal gets the fields your way of working needs. From every line you can go back to the moment in your voice note.
Your decision
Raydo first asks about what it is not sure of. Was that amount fifteen thousand or fifty thousand? Did you forget who signs, or did it not come up? Then you approve. Only then is anything written away.

With every new customer

Company check

Every new company in your system is checked. Does the company really exist? Is the VAT number right? Is it on a sanctions list? Is there a bankruptcy or a court case running? You get the answer with the evidence alongside.

What sets it off
A new company comes into your CRM. Raydo starts on its own, with every new company. You do not have to ask for it.
Sources
The Chamber of Commerce register, the VAT register, the European sanctions lists, the insolvency register and Rechtspraak.
Result
Raydo puts a stamp on the company. Per check you see what came out and on which date. Even when there is nothing wrong, you see it sitting there. That is exactly what you need to be able to show later.
Your decision
Raydo never decides on its own. If something comes out of a check, it goes to a named person. They decide what happens.

Whenever you want to know something

Looking things up

Ask your question in your own channel. Raydo first looks at what you already know yourselves. If that is not enough, it goes and looks into it. Looking things up only reads and never changes anything.

What sets it off
You ask a question. About a customer, about a deal, or about where that one document was again.
Sources
Everything you have connected: your email, your calendar, your files and your CRM. If that is not enough, the public registers and the web as well.
Result
You get an answer with the source and the date on every line. If Raydo does not know something, it says so, and you see where it looked.
Your decision
Nothing. Looking things up writes nothing anywhere and never sends anything outside. It only answers you.

What you know is no longer stuck in someone's head.

The list keeps growing

New tasks keep being added, and beta partners help decide which.

We keep adding work, based on what we get back from practice. Beta partners are at the table for that choice. They tell us which work hurts most in their week, and that weighs in what we build next.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about this.

Can I switch one on and not the rest?

Yes. You switch on what you want, the rest stays off. Every task has its own stop button. What you switch off does not come back on by itself.

Does this work if my systems have different names?

The first version works with HubSpot and Teamleader. For your email, calendar and files it works with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Using something else? Let us know. Beta partners have a say in what we build next. Which connection arrives and when, we do not promise up front.

What if Raydo cannot find something?

Then Raydo simply says so. With every answer it says where it looked and what it did and did not find there. Finding nothing is an answer too.

Can I ask for a task myself?

Yes. That is exactly what we want to hear during the beta. What is above is not the end point.

Does anything ever go to my customer without me knowing?

No. Raydo sends nothing to anyone outside your own company. Drafts sit ready in your email. You send them yourself.

Become a beta partner

Raydo works, so you can grow.

We are taking on a small number of companies as beta partners. We run alongside you for four to six weeks on your own data, and it costs you nothing. Together we measure where things stand up front, so at the end you can see what changed.
