Raydo
In short

How does a digital colleague work with your customer's website?

A new service, a new location or a new director is often on the company's own website first. It sits there in the open, for months, and nobody looks.

Raydo reads your customer's website and tells you when something is added that matters. With the page alongside, so you can see for yourself what it says.

A chatbot

Answers your question. After that the work is still there.

A digital colleague

Sees for itself what has to happen and prepares the work for your approval.

What happens

What Raydo looks up on your customer's website.

Four actions, and no more than that. Raydo looks and changes nothing.

What Raydo looks up 2

What your customer says about itself on its own website

Whether anything important about it changes

What you notice of it 2

A notice when something important changes

The page and the date with what Raydo finds

Raydo reads the page the way anyone can read it, and never changes anything about it.

What it gives you

What changes in your week when Raydo brings in your customer's website.

This is what Raydo does

Read your customer's public website

Tell you when something important changes

Put the page and the date with every find

This is what Raydo does not do

Log in to a closed part of a website

Fill in a form or respond to anything

Change anything about your customer's website

Raydo reads what is public on the page. Raydo does not go behind a login, and it should not.

How it runs

From page to notice, with the source alongside.

01 Raydo reads the website

The public pages of the customer that is in your systems.

02 Raydo records what it says

With the page and the date, so you can read it back yourself.

03 Raydo looks again later

If something that matters changes, you hear about it and see what is different.

Your data

What happens to your data.

Raydo only reads what is public on the website.

Every find carries the page and the date Raydo read that page.

Everything Raydo keeps from this stays inside Europe.

Raydo logs in nowhere and never changes anything about the website.

Questions

Questions about your customer's website.

What counts as 'something important'?

Something that touches what is running between you and that customer: a new service, a new location, a change in the board. You do not hear about a swapped photo.

Does Raydo read behind a login as well?

No. Raydo only reads what is public on the page.

How often does Raydo look?

Periodically. Every find carries the date Raydo read the page.

Does my customer notice that Raydo reads the website?

The visit shows in the visitor statistics, just as with any other visitor. Beyond that your customer notices nothing: Raydo fills nothing in and responds to nothing.

Does this work with a customer without a website?

Then there is nothing to read, and Raydo says so. For the registration there is the Chamber of Commerce register.
